Full Time Marketing Associate
Job Summary
The Marketing Associate’s primary responsibilities are the development of creative internal and external marketing materials for print and web; development of multimedia campaigns to engage dealers as well as consumers; building brand awareness across the board while adhering to consistent brand identity. This position will work closely with management and sales staff to execute successful B2B and B2C product marketing, while constantly evolving and learning to stay abreast of the latest industry trends.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials for multiple corporate divisions (i.e. print and digital ads, newsletter content, website graphics, tradeshow materials, national publication ads, etc.)
- Assist management and sales team to promote product
- Lead product photography/miscellaneous photography shoots
- Manage digital assets
- Manage social media accounts (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Create eNewsletter campaigns.
- Understand and execute website administration fundamentals within a CMS
- Collaborate with vendor marketing teams to ensure quality product marketing
- Collaborate with external printers, advertising reps, etc. to execute projects as assigned
- Stay current on the latest software, design trends, and industry best practices
Required Education & Experience
- College degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- 2 years of professional experience preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Proficient in Mac OS or PC
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Solid understanding of design principles (must submit recent portfolio with application)
Additional Skills & Abilities
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-Motivated and driven
- Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- HTML/CSS experience is a plus
- Video creation/editing is a plus
- Interest in and knowledge of firearms helpful. . . if you like what you do, it seems less like work

Full Time Warehouse Associate
Job Summary

Summary/Objective
The Warehouse Associate will perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Essential Functions
- Prepare shipments by processing order requests; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the shipping area
- Sort and place materials or items on racks or in bins according to organizational standards
- Load and unload packages onto or from delivery vehicles; lift, carry, push or pull packages
- Maintain inventory controls by recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
- Prepare parcels for shipment according to delivery instructions; utilizing most cost effective methods
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by organizing warehouse; keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat
Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions regarding work duties and safety methods
- Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort and ship packages correctly
- General computer skills for basic data entry
- Forklift Operator experience preferred or ability to become certified
- Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as pallet jack, forklift, dock carts, hand-held scanner, shrink wrap rollers, scales and conveyors
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Perform other duties as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
